lights, camera, al fresco
Yesterday, we were lucky enough to spend the majority of the day outdoors shooting footage for our second @RadnorStudio21 show (our first episode should be hitting TV screens along the Main Line imminently). The theme of this episode was al fresco dining, so we met up with Chef Carlo DeMarco of 333 Belrose and Susanna Foo of well, Susanna Foo, to chat about seasonal ingredients they’re currently working with, flavor-packed dishes that won’t weigh you down, juicy martinis perfect for sipping beneath spring’s sunny skies and more.
This Vine video will give you a taste of what you can expect in the full episode (Carlo just might be the only chef in the world who can filet an entire salmon in six seconds)…
What is YOUR favorite spot to dine al fresco, either in the suburbs or Philly?
